I work with teens and adults navigating the challenges of life. Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, grief, or just feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to figure it out alone. My approach is warm and trauma-informed, and I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, including neurodivergent, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ individuals. I strive to create a space where every client feels seen, respected, and safe to be exactly who they are. Together we'll explore what makes you you, set goals that reflect what you want out of our work, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

I support clients working through anxiety, stress, depression, and low mood, as well as those processing trauma or navigating major life transitions. Much of my work centers on identity and self-exploration. I'm passionate about helping clients recognize what makes them unique and committed to creating a space where every part of who you are is welcome.
